Invisalign® is a system of clear, removable aligners that gradually straighten teeth without metal brackets or wires. You wear a series of custom-made trays, each moving your teeth a little closer to the position planned digitally by your dentist.
Most treatments take between six and eighteen months, depending on how much movement is needed. Minor corrections can finish sooner. We give you an estimated timeline after your digital scan, before you decide to proceed.
Aim for 20 to 22 hours per day, removing them only to eat, drink anything other than water, and brush. Treatment time depends directly on consistent wear — aligners left out of your mouth do not move teeth.
Neither is better for every case. Invisalign® is more discreet, more comfortable and easier to clean around, and it suits most mild to moderate crowding and spacing. Complex bite problems can still be handled better by fixed braces. We will tell you honestly which is right for your case.
Yes. Teeth naturally drift over time, so a retainer is what protects your result. We will explain your retainer options and wear schedule as you approach the end of treatment.
Many plans that include orthodontic benefits cover clear aligners the same way they cover braces, often up to a lifetime maximum. We verify your coverage in advance and can discuss payment arrangements for the balance.
