Dr Joshua Haimovici earned his BA degree from Yeshiva University New York City in 1981. He then earned his DDS degree from McGill University in 1985. He maintains a restorative dental practice with an emphasis on comprehensive, esthetic and implant rehabilitation. He also taught at McGill University Dental School and the Dental Department of the Jewish General Hospital as faculty lecturer for well over ten years. Dr. Haimovici's practice experience is rich and varied; he has always maintained a close relationship with other colleagues and specialists in and out of his own office. He has devoted hundreds of hours to studying and understanding the biology of heath and disease in the oral cavity. Dr. Haimovici frequently travels abroad to Dental Conferences in order to stay abreast of the latest developments in Dentistry. He enjoys learning about and teaching the clinical side of dentistry.
Dr. Haimovici is currently a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a Fellow of the prestigious Misch Institute of Implantology in Chicago and is an active member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners. In addition, he is a member of the Canadian Dental Association and the Quebec Dental Surgeon Association. He is married to Anne Elizabeth with whom he has three wonderful children; Yehonatan, Elior and Tehila- Adela.
